Refund Policy

1. Overview

Pixair AI offers subscription plans and credit-based image generation. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Because Paddle acts as the reseller of our products, your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, including their consumer cancellation rights. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to this Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Paddle Policy)

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms — Consumer Right to Cancel, consumers in the EU, UK, and other applicable regions have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving a reason.

However, by starting to use the service (e.g. generating images) within the 14-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the digital service has been fully performed or substantially consumed.

If you have not used the service and wish to cancel within 14 days, contact us at support@pixair.ai and we will process a full refund promptly.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). If you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle, outside of the 14-day cancellation window above.
  • Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rated refund for remaining full months if the request is made within 14 days of the renewal date and fewer than 2 months have been used.

4. Image Generation Credits

Credits purchased separately or included in a plan are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on a cancelled account are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred, except where required by Paddle's Buyer Terms or applicable consumer law.

5. Free Plan

The free plan includes a limited number of complimentary image generations. No payment is required and no refunds apply.

6. Additional Eligible Refund Cases

Outside of the 14-day window, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.
  • The service was unavailable or severely degraded for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period.

Refund requests for these cases must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

Outside of rights granted by Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image results, as output quality varies by use case.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days before the refund request (outside the 14-day window).

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@pixair.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Pixair AI account.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

9. Payment Processing via Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund disbursement. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which take precedence where they grant broader consumer rights than this policy. 10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
