Refund Policy

1. Overview

Pixair AI offers subscription plans and credit-based image generation. All payments are processed by Whop, our Merchant of Record. Because Whop acts as the reseller of our products, your purchase is also subject to Whop's Terms of Service. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to this Refund Policy and Whop's Terms.

2. 3-Day Refund Window

Subject to Whop's refund policy, you may request a refund within 3 days of the original purchase date, provided you have not exceeded the credit limit for your plan:

  • Starter - up to 50 credits used
  • Pro - up to 80 credits used
  • Business - up to 120 credits used

By starting to use the service (e.g. generating images) within the 3-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that your right to a refund is lost once you have exceeded your plan's credit limit above.

If you are within your plan's credit limit and wish to cancel within 3 days, contact us at support@pixair.ai and we will process a refund through Whop promptly.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). If you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle, outside of the 3-day refund window above.

4. Image Generation Credits

Credits included in a plan are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on a cancelled account are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

5. Free Plan

The free plan includes a limited number of complimentary image generations. No payment is required and no refunds apply.

6. Additional Eligible Refund Cases

Outside of the 3-day window, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.
  • The service was unavailable or severely degraded for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period.

Refund requests for these cases must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

7. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image results, as output quality varies by use case.
  • Credits used beyond your plan's 3-day refund limit (Starter 50, Pro 80, Business 120), even if requested within the 3-day window.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Standard purchases requested more than 3 days after the purchase date (see Section 2), or eligible special-case requests submitted more than 30 days after the charge (see Section 6).

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@pixair.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Pixair AI account.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Whop and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

9. Payment Processing via Whop

All payments are processed by Whop, our Merchant of Record. Whop handles billing, invoicing, and refund disbursement. Your purchase is subject to Whop's Terms of Service. For billing questions you may also manage your subscription at whop.com/hub.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
